NOTICE OF RENEWAL OF RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 53-135.01 that a liquor license may be automatically renewed for one year from May 1, 2023, for the following retail liquor licensees:

Cooper’s Chase Distillery 584 18^th Rd, West Point, NE

Indian Trails Golf Course, Restaurant & Lounge 1128 River Rd, Beemer NE

Native 32 Winery 628 Hwy 32, West Point, NE

Flyover Whiskey Holdings, LLC 1189 C Road, West Point, NE

Notice is hereby given that written protests to the issuance of automatic renewal of license may be filed by any resident of the County of Cuming on or before February 10, 2023 in the office the Cuming County Clerk and that in the event protests are filed by three or more such persons, hearing will be had to determine whether continuation of the license should be allowed.
