The Board of Supervisors will hold (1) Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, starting at 10:00 a.m. in the Cuming County Supervisors Meeting Room located on the 2nd floor in the Cuming County Courthouse at 200 S Lincoln in West Point, Nebraska.
Resolution 20240601 – A Conditional Use permit application by Shelley Albus to add an accessory dwelling unit on property located at 1674 Hwy 9 in Section 14, Township 23, Range 6E of the 6th P.M. (Principal Meridian) in Cuming County, State of Nebraska.
An agenda for said meetings are kept continuously current and available by request from the office of the Cuming County Zoning Administrator and the office of the Cuming County Clerk during normal business hours or found on the County Web Site (www.cumingcountyne.gov).
