County Supervisor Judy Mutzenberger was recognized on September 26, 2023, by Northeast Nebraska Economic Development District for her tenure on their Board of Directors. Judy served two terms beginning July 1, 2017. Thomas L. Higginbotham, Jr., Executive Director, and Tina Engelbart, Deputy Director, attended the Board of Supervisors meeting held at the Cuming County Courthouse to thank her for her service and to present her with a Certificate of Service.
