Notice is hereby given that the Board of Equalization of Cuming County, Nebraska, will hold a public hearing on February 22, at 1:45 p.m. in the regular meeting room of the Board in the Cuming County Courthouse in West Point, Nebraska, which hearing will be open to the public. Public access to the courthouse, also the handicapped accessible entrance, is on the east side of the building along Colfax Street. The public hearing is being called to comply with State Statute §77-202.02 to consider permissive exemptions. A list of applications and descriptions of the property are available in the county assessor’s office.
