Notice is hereby given that (1) one Public Hearing of the Cuming County Planning Commission will be held on Monday, May 16, 2022, beginning at 8:00 p.m. in the Cuming County Supervisors Meeting Room located on the 2nd floor in the Cuming County Courthouse at 200 S. Lincoln in West Point, Nebraska.

The Board of Supervisors will hold (1) one Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at 1:45 p.m. in the Cuming County Supervisors Meeting Room located on the 2nd floor in the Cuming County Courthouse at 200 S Lincoln in West Point, Nebraska.

Resolution 20220501 – A Conditional Use permit application by Lois Mackey to locate an accessory dwelling on property located at 2194 T Road in Section 33, Township 24, Range 7E of the 6th P.M. (Principal Meridian) in Cuming County, State of Nebraska

An agenda for said meeting is kept continuously current and available by request from the office of the Cuming County Zoning Administrator during normal business hours or found on the County Web Site (www.cumingcountyne.gov). Except for items of an emergency nature, the agenda shall not be enlarged later than 24 hours before the scheduled commencement of the meeting. Please enter using the handicap accessible entrance located off Colfax Street on the east side of the courthouse.
