Job Description:
We are seeking a Geographic Information System (GIS) specialist to join our office.
Primary Responsibilities: The successful candidate will maintain & update the parcel layer (ownership) and land use layers. The candidate should be willing to grow the GIS system to create greater useability. Some knowledge/previous experience in metes and bounds descriptions, PLSS, Land Surveys, & Legal Descriptions would be helpful. Deed Research is often required to complete these tasks.
