Notice is hereby given that (4) four Public Hearings of the Cuming County Planning Commission will be held at their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, March 16, 2026, beginning at 7:00
p.m. in the Cuming County Supervisors Meeting Room located on the 2nd floor in the Cuming County Courthouse at 200 S. Lincoln in West Point, Nebraska.
The Board of Supervisors will hold (4) four Public Hearings on Wednesday, March 25, 2026,
beginning at 1:30 p.m. in the Cuming County Supervisors Meeting Room located on the 2nd floor in the Cuming County Courthouse at 200 S. Lincoln in West Point, Nebraska.
Resolution 20260301 – A Conditional Use Permit application by Vertical Bridge dba The Towers, LLC, for a Wireless Telecommunications Tower and Facility located on property owned by Dustin & Andrea Holtz at 1227 K Road in Section 13, Township 22 and Range 5E of the 6th P.M. (Principal Meridian) in Cuming County, State of Nebraska.
Resolution 20260302 – A Conditional Use Permit application by Jeff & Betty English to build an Accessory dwelling / shouse, on their property located at 1677 Hwy 9 in Section 15, Township 23, Range 6E of the 6th P.M. (Principal Meridian) in Cuming County, State of Nebraska.
Resolution 20260303 – A Conditional Use Permit application by Carly & Zach Kindshuh to have a Boarding Kennel on their property located at 1846 L Road in Section 1, Township 22, Range 6E of the 6th P.M. (Principal Meridian) in Cuming County, State of Nebraska.
Resolution 20260304 – An amendment to update the Cuming County Floodplain Regulations.
An agenda for said meetings are kept continuously current and available by request from the office of the Cuming County Zoning Administrator and the office of the Cuming County Clerk during normal business hours or found on the County Web Site (www.cumingcountyne.gov). Except for items of an emergency nature, the agendas shall not be enlarged later than 24 hours before the scheduled commencement of the meetings. Please enter using the handicap accessible entrance located off Colfax Street on the east side of the courthouse.
