Protest Hearing

Notice is hereby given for a protest hearing with the Board of Equalization of Cuming County, Nebraska will be held commencing at 11:00 a.m. on July 23, 2025, in the regular meeting room of the Board, Cuming County Courthouse in West Point, Nebraska. Public access to the courthouse, also the handicapped accessible entrance, is on the east side of the building along Colfax Street. An agenda for such meetings is kept continuously current and is available for public inspection at the office of the County Clerk at the courthouse and on the Cuming County Web Site (www.cumingcountyne.gov). The agenda may be modified to include items of an emergency nature, only, at such meetings.
