Notice is hereby given that a (1) Public Hearing of the Cuming County Planning Commission will be held at their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, April 21, 2025, beginning at 8:00 p.m. in the Cuming County Supervisor’s Meeting Room located on the 2nd Floor in the Cuming County Courthouse at 200 S. Lincoln in West Point, Nebraska.
The Board of Supervisors will hold (1) Public Hearing during their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, beginning at 1:30 p.m. in the Cuming County Supervisor’s Meeting Room located on the 2nd Floor in the Cuming County Courthouse at 200 S. Lincoln in West Point, Nebraska.
Resolution 20250401 – A Replat of a portion of Par Acres Subdivision creating Par Acres 2nd Addition by Roy and Kari Ritter located in Par Acres Subdivision and the SE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 2, Township 22N, Range 5E of the 6th P.M., Cuming County, State of Nebraska.
An agenda for said meetings are kept continuously current and available by request from the office of the Cuming County Zoning Administrator and the office of the Cuming County Clerk during normal business hours or found on the County Web Site (www.cumingcountyne.gov). Except for items of an emergency nature, the agendas shall not be enlarged later than 24 hours before the scheduled commencement of the meetings. Please enter using the handicap accessible entrance located off Colfax Street on the east side of the courthouse.
