Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the Board of Equalization of Cuming County, Nebraska, will be held commencing at 9:00 a.m. on July 22, 2022, in the regular meeting room of the Board in the Cuming County Courthouse in West Point, Nebraska, which meeting will be open to the public. Public access to the courthouse, also the handicapped accessible entrance, is on the east side of the building along Colfax Street. The special meeting is being called to consider tax corrections, a 451 and a 425-exemption application, a valuation change report and to conduct protest hearings. Agenda for said meeting kept continuously current is available for public inspection at the office of the County Clerk and on the County Web Site (www.cumingcountyne.gov). The agendas may be modified to include items of an emergency nature, only, at such meeting.
