Notice is hereby given that (2) two Public Hearing of the Cuming County Planning Commission will be held on Monday, November 20, 2023, beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Cuming County Meeting Room located on the lower level in the Cuming County Courthouse at 200 S. Lincoln in West Point, Nebraska.
The Board of Supervisors will hold (2) two Public Hearings on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, starting at 1:30 p.m. in the Cuming County Supervisors Meeting Room located on the 2nd floor in the Cuming County Courthouse at 200 S Lincoln in West Point, Nebraska.
Resolution 20231101 – An amendment to the Cuming County Zoning Regulations Section 3.38 Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) item 1 – changing the maximum size from 1,000 square feet to 1,500 square feet.
Resolution 20231102 – A Conditional Use permit application by Knobbe LTD. to add an accessory dwelling unit on property located at 1510 D Road in Section 16, Township 21, Range 6E of the 6th P.M. (Principal Meridian) in Cuming County, State of Nebraska.
An agenda for said meetings are kept continuously current and available by request from the office of the Cuming County Zoning Administrator and the office of the Cuming County Clerk during normal business hours or found on the County Web Site (www.cumingcountyne.gov). Except for items of an emergency nature, the agendas shall not be enlarged later than 24 hours before the scheduled commencement of the meetings.
