Notice is hereby given that (6) six Public Hearings of the Cuming County Planning Commission will be held on Monday, October 18, 2021, beginning at 8:00 pm in the Cuming County Courthouse Meeting Room (lower level), located at 200 S Lincoln in West Point, Nebraska.

 

1) Resolution 20211002 – A Conditional Use permit application by AMG Technology Investment Group dba Nextlink to construct a high-speed internet tower on property located at 1387 H Road in Section 31, Township 22, Range 6E of the 6th P.M. (Principal Meridian) in Cuming County, State of Nebraska.

2) Resolution 20211003 – A Conditional Use permit application by AMG Technology Investment Group dba Nextlink to construct a high-speed internet tower on property located at 2283 15th Road in Section 17, Township 24, Range 6E of the 6th P.M. (Principal Meridian) in Cuming County, State of Nebraska.

3) Resolution 20211004 – A Conditional Use permit application by AMG Technology Investment Group dba Nextlink to construct a high-speed internet tower on property located at 424 C Road in Section 22, Township 21, Range 4E of the 6th P.M. (Principal Meridian) in Cuming County, State of Nebraska.

4) Resolution 20211005 – A Conditional Use permit application by AMG Technology Investment Group dba Nextlink to construct a high-speed internet tower on property located at 1682 14th Road in Section 17, Township 23, Range 6E of the 6th P.M. (Principal Meridian) in Cuming County, State of Nebraska.

5) Resolution 20211006 – A Conditional Use permit application by Ron & Joan Wolken to create an accessory dwelling using their current garage on their existing property located at 1380 18th Road in Section 36, Township 23, Range 6E of the 6th P.M. (Principal Meridian) in Cuming County, State of Nebraska.

6) Resolution 20211007 – A Conditional Use permit application by Jim Pruss and Matt Pruss dba Shield Boat Trailers, LLC to operate a boat trailer sales and repair shop on their existing property located at 648 A Road is Section 36, Township 21, Range 4E of the 6th P.M. (Principal Meridian) in Cuming County, State of Nebraska.

An agenda for said meeting is kept continuously current and available by request from the office of the Cuming County Zoning Administrator during normal business hours or found on the County Web Site (www.cumingcountyne.gov). Except for items of an emergency nature, the agenda shall not be enlarged later than 24 hours before the scheduled commencement of the meeting.  Please enter using the handicap accessible entrance located off Colfax Street on the east side of the courthouse.
